Deacon Nicholas Dujmovic was ordained in 2015 by Archbishop NATHANIEL of the Romanian Episcopate of the OCA and served for eleven years at Protection of the Holy Mother of God parish in Falls Church, Virginia.  He is originally from California and served in the U.S. Coast Guard and in the Intelligence Community.  He retired from federal service and was a university professor of national security affairs for several years.  

 

Deacon Nicholas and his wife Cathy relocated to Greenville and joined St. John of the Ladder parish in 2026.  They have two adult sons, Nick and John, who are active in the Orthodox Church.  Deacon Nicholas has a special interest in challenging men to discern the Lord's will for them in serving His Church.
